By Definition:

Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can't help but smile. It's the opposite of sadness.

Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment. 


When people are successful, or safe, or lucky, they feel happiness. The "pursuit of happiness" is something this country is based on, and different people feel happiness for different reasons.

 

Whenever doing something causes happiness, people usually want to do more of it. No one ever complained about feeling too much happiness.


✅️What makes someone happy?


1. What you derive yourself that you have joy and passion in can make you happy.


2. What you like others do to your satisfaction of your heart desires can add to your happiness.


3. Staying away from or avoiding people who say so much about what they would do but fail to deliver on such promises can increase your happiness. 


4. Reading books and magazines and watching media contents that relaxes you can increase your happiness.


5. Working in a conducive and happy environment that improve your total wellbeing. This includes anywhere you dwell like places of worship, among workplaces, groups and other places you dwell or belong etc. 


6. Having things around you that you derive happiness from.


✅️ How to make yourself unhappy:


1. By taking yourself to the environment where people are most likely going to make you unhappy.


2. Engaging in a conversation that will most likely make you unhappy.


3. Promoting situations that mostly make you develop nervousness, anxiety, moody spirit etc.


4. Occupying your state of mind with negative thoughts that will make you unhappy.


5. Dwelling with people who like to bring negative vibes into your spirit.


6. Conversing with those that will twist your words with intent to make you uncomfortable and unhappy. 


7. Living in an environment where happiness is not promoted.


✅️ Effects of having Happiness:

1. Promotes good circulation of the blood through the heart mechanism of distributing the right amount of blood and oxygen to the body.


2. It improves heart conditions.


3. It reduces diseases and other illnesses that may lead to serious problems ie Depression, Anxiety, Worriness,and other body malfunctioning. 


4. It gives you Youthful look and abundance in joy.


5. It makes you see good in everything no matter the conditions.
