A female prison officer has been charged with conducting sexual relationships with two inmates at the same time.

Isabelle Dale, 23, is also accused of conspiring to smuggle drugs into a high-security prison where one of her alleged lovers, Shahid Sharif, 33, was incarcerated, according to Mail Online.

Her second alleged inmate boyfriend, Connor Money, 28, was serving a nine-year sentence for causing the death of his best friend during a car crash while fleeing police at speeds of up to 147 mph.

A female accomplice, Lilea Sallis, 27, has also been charged with helping Dale smuggle drugs into the facility for Sharif.

Sharif faces charges of conspiring to smuggle drugs into the prison and possessing a mobile phone in his cell, but no charges have been brought against him regarding the sexual relationship allegations. Meanwhile, Money is not facing charges related to his relationship with Dale.

On Monday, Dale, Sallis, and Sharif appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court in London Dale and Sallis in person, and Sharif via video link from Manchester prison.

The court heard that Dale, from Portsmouth, faces two counts of misconduct in public office. She is accused of "wilfully misconducting herself, while a prison officer, and without reasonable excuse, in a way which amounted to an abuse of the public’s trust" by engaging in inappropriate sexual relationships first with Money and then with Sharif between September 2021 and December 2022.

Dale is also charged with conspiring to “bring, throw, or convey” controlled substances into Swaleside Prison, a high-security facility located on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent.

Sallis, from Brighton, faces one count of conspiracy alongside Dale, Sharif, and "others unknown," in connection to the drug-smuggling allegations during the same timeframe.

Sharif is also charged with possessing mobile phones while imprisoned at both Brixton and Swaleside prisons.

Judge Adrian Turner granted Dale and Sallis bail, under the condition that they have no contact with each other or with Sharif, who remains in custody.

All three are scheduled to appear next month at Inner London Crown Court for further proceedings.
