Legendary Belgian actor Jean-Claude Van Damme has been accused of having s£x with trafficked women from Romania, according to a criminal complaint filed with the Romanian Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism.
Romanian newspaper Libertatea reports that the 64-year-old actor was in Cannes over a decade ago when he was allegedly “given” five women linked to a criminal group led by Romanian businessman and modeling agency owner Morel Bolea. The complaint claims Van Damme engaged in s£xual relations with the women despite being aware that they were trafficked.

Attorney Adrian Cuculis, who represents one of the alleged victims, revealed that the allegations surfaced as part of a wider investigation into human and minor trafficking, which began in 2020.

"Several Romanians currently under investigation for forming a criminal group and pimping allegedly provided Jean-Claude Van Damme with five Romanian photo models for s£xual relations," Cuculis told Romanian news station Antena 3. He added that the women were vulnerable and suspected to have been exploited under Article 182 of the Romanian Criminal Code, which deals with human trafficking.
