Controversial Nigerian singer, Portable, has responded sharply to Fuji music legend Saheed Osupa after the veteran artiste allegedly issued a fresh warning, despite Portable’s recent public apology over their fallout.

The feud initially erupted when Portable  real name Habeeb Okikiola  insulted Osupa in a now-viral video, branding him “big for nothing.” This came in the wake of Osupa reportedly ordering the takedown of Portable’s song from major platforms like Apple Music and Spotify due to alleged copyright infringement.

According to reports, Portable had sampled a line from one of Osupa’s tracks without authorization, prompting the removal of his song and igniting tensions between the two.

Following intense public backlash, Portable offered an emotional public apology, admitting to letting his temper get the better of him. He said:

“I am a hot-tempered person, and I’ve spoken my mind. But it’s over now. King Saheed Osupa, Oba Orin, I hope you are not offended. It was a misunderstanding driven by money. Please forgive me and accept me as your child.”

However, just as the dust seemed to be settling, a new video surfaced showing Saheed Osupa performing at an event, where he appeared to double down on his stance with what many interpreted as a veiled threat directed at Portable.

In a swift rebuttal, Portable took to social media once again, clearly irritated by Osupa’s refusal to move on. The “Zazoo Zeh” crooner stated that he would not be intimidated, declaring that toughness isn’t exclusive to anyone.

“You think you’re the only one that can be strong? I show respect, but I won’t let anyone walk over me,” Portable said in his latest video.

The ongoing drama between both entertainers has continued to divide fans, with some calling for peace and others urging both artists to stand their ground. Whether the tension will escalate further or eventually be resolved remains to be seen.
