Nicole Westmoreland, the latest attorney to join Sean "Diddy" Combs’ legal team, has shared that she is a survivor of sexual assault, an incident that occurred in 2001 when she was just 19 years old.

At the time, Westmoreland was working for a company that assisted individuals with reinstating suspended driver’s licenses. She recounted being introduced to Bryan "Birdman" Williams, then Vice President of Cash Money Records, and a man known only as “Stone.” They invited her to present a sales pitch at Patchwerk Recording Studio in Atlanta.

Westmoreland attended the studio that evening with three female friends. During the visit, she encountered a man identified as Alfred Cleveland, a friend of Ronald "Slim" Williams, President of Cash Money Records and Bryan’s brother.

According to Westmoreland, Cleveland offered to escort her to the restroom but instead forced her inside and sexually assaulted her. She alleges that during the assault, another man approached the bathroom door and was told by Cleveland to act as a lookout, with intentions to involve him as well. Westmoreland pleaded not to be handed over and was ultimately released.

Despite facing threats, she reported the assault to law enforcement. Cleveland was arrested and later pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with intent to rape.

Westmoreland’s experience adds a powerful dimension to her role as part of Diddy’s legal defense team, as the music mogul continues to battle multiple civil allegations involving sexual assault. Jury selection for Diddy’s ongoing federal trial recently entered its second day, adding 16 more potential jurors, the majority of whom are male.
