Actress Denise Richards and her husband, Aaron Phypers, are headed for divorce after six years of marriage.

According to court documents, Phypers filed for divorce on Monday, July 7, listing their separation date as July 4 and citing irreconcilable differences. The couple, who married in September 2018, do not share children together. Richards, however, has three daughters: Sami, 20, and Lola, 19, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, and Eloise, 13, whom she adopted in 2011.

Phypers is seeking spousal support from Richards, claiming he has had no income over the past 12 months after closing his business. He highlighted Richards’ reported earnings of over $250,000 per month from her OnlyFans career, reality TV projects, and brand partnerships.

In his filing, Phypers detailed the couple’s lavish lifestyle, estimating their monthly expenses at approximately $105,000—including $20,000 on clothing, $18,000 on rent, $10,000 on groceries, and $15,000 each on dining out and entertainment.

Richards and Phypers' relationship was prominently featured on the reality series Denise Richards & Her Wild Things and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Prior to Richards, Phypers was married to Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan.

Though Richards has not publicly commented on the divorce, she previously shared her firm stance on marriage in the premiere episode of her Peacock series, saying:
“I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I’m not gonna f*ing get divorced.”**
To which Phypers replied:
“No, we’ll just have different homes or something. But we’re not gonna hate each other.”
