Nigerian cleric, Prophet Emmanuel Okose, has called out men who claim they cannot date so-called “gold diggers” or women who are financially dependent.

In a viral video, the outspoken prophet criticized such men, insisting that every woman comes with financial responsibilities, regardless of her status.

“I can’t date a gold digger, I can’t date a gold digger… Every woman is a gold digger. Shut the hell up, men! Every woman is expensive. Just find the one within your pocket range and shut the hell up. You’re wasting my time—broke n!gga,” he said bluntly.

The video has sparked mixed reactions online, with some praising his honesty and others criticizing his choice of words.
