Kenyan singer Victoria Kimani has called out men from her home country for rarely approaching her romantically, revealing that most of the attention she receives in Kenya comes from foreigners.

Speaking on a recent episode of The Box Pod, the former Chocolate City signee said many Kenyan men either lack the confidence to approach her or assume she would reject them because of her celebrity status.

“I don’t get approached in Kenya unless they’re not from here,” Kimani said. “It’s a lack of confidence. They just assume I’ll turn them down. It’s like they don’t know how to approach women they lack game.”

Kimani added that approaching women isn’t complicated, stressing that confidence, good hygiene, and proper communication are key. She also noted that many men use poor conversation starters, which often backfire.

Though she keeps her love life private, Kimani has previously been linked to Nigerian rapper Ice Prince and Tanzanian artist Diamond Platnumz.
