Dele Momodu, publisher of Ovation magazine and former presidential candidate, has launched a fresh attack on the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, questioning both his credentials and his contributions to national development.
Speaking during an interview on Channels Television on Monday, July 7, Momodu dismissed Wike’s professional background, arguing that the former Rivers State governor has no notable achievements outside the political arena.
“What has Wike ever done in his life?” Momodu asked pointedly. “If he practiced the law he studied, he would have been a charge-and-bail lawyer.”
He went on to draw comparisons between Wike and other political figures such as former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Labour Party’s Peter Obi, whom he praised for their entrepreneurial accomplishments and contributions to nation-building.
