The Federal High Court, Abuja, has shifted the cybercrime case against Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan (Kogi Central) to November 24, 2025.

The adjournment follows a disruption caused by the #FreeNnamdiKanu protest at the court complex.

Akpoti-Uduaghan faces allegations of electronically transmitting false and harmful information against Senate President Godswill Akpabio and ex-Kogi Governor Yahaya Bello, under the Cybercrimes (Amendment) Act 2024.

Her defence team is challenging the court’s jurisdiction, calling the case an “abuse of prosecutorial authority.”
