Faith’s exit followed a heated altercation with fellow housemate Sultana, which ended with her falling and sustaining injuries. The incident prompted Biggie to disqualify Faith a move that quickly sparked controversy among fans and ex-housemates alike.
Tacha, who herself was disqualified during her season of the show, said she supports the organisers’ decision, stressing that the rules of the Big Brother house are clear and non-negotiable when it comes to physical aggression.
“People might think it was too harsh, but I don’t agree,” Tacha said. “Once you cross that line, Biggie has every right to act. The rules are there for a reason.”
“If he had shown genuine regret, maybe Biggie would’ve considered something lighter,” she added.
Reflecting on her own experience, Tacha noted that being disqualified didn’t define her journey.
“I still see myself as a winner,” she said. “Sometimes, confidence can be mistaken for pride. Maybe Faith was just too sure of himself — like I was back then.”
Tacha, who now runs her own business ventures, including a football club, urged fans to view Faith’s disqualification as a lesson about discipline and self-control in high-pressure environments like Big Brother Naija.
