According to TMZ, the woman, identified as Jennifer Kleber, dined at Darrell’s Dog Gone Good Diner in Silver Springs on Monday (Oct. 20) where she ordered a hearty meal but refused to pay.
When confronted by staff, Kleber allegedly told police that her “husband” referring to the Detroit rapper Eminem would be covering the bill. She insisted that he had “unlimited money” and had paid for her before.
The restaurant’s manager, however, told officers that Kleber was a repeat offender, known for leaving behind unpaid tabs.
Police reports show that she had only $10 to her name, while her total bill came to $27.55 — which included French toast, a bacon cheese sandwich, soda, and chocolate milk.
The 54-year-old was arrested and charged with defrauding an innkeeper, a misdemeanor offense in Florida.
Despite her claims, Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, is not married to Kleber. The rapper is currently reported to be in a relationship with his stylist, Katrina Malota.
