Actress Regina Daniels has finally broken her silence following the recent controversies surrounding her marriage to politician Ned Nwoko and the online petition involving her brother.

In an emotional video shared early in the morning — which she said was recorded around 5 a.m — Regina admitted she hasn’t been sleeping well, describing the past few days as overwhelming and emotionally draining.

She confirmed that her family has been dealing with a lot behind the scenes and acknowledged the viral petition against Ned Nwoko that’s currently gaining massive traction online.

The most striking part of her statement, however, was when she referred to Ned Nwoko as her “ex-husband.” Speaking tearfully, Regina emphasized that her children are her top priority and that she’ll raise and provide for them with or without anyone’s help.

She also addressed the constant insults being thrown at her mother, Rita Daniels, saying her mother doesn’t deserve the backlash and should be left out of the ongoing drama.

According to Regina, her mother has always been her backbone and continues to support her through everything.
