Simon Cowell has opened up about the unusual – and bold – methods he uses to slow down aging.

The 66-year-old music mogul shared that he regularly visits a wellness clinic where his blood is taken, filtered, “washed,” and then re-introduced into his body. Speaking on the Rolling Stone Music Now podcast, he said the treatment has helped him feel younger.

“I’ve actually aged backwards by eating better, more exercise, less stress,” he added.

Cowell also admitted he once considered cryopreservation — the process of freezing a body after death with hopes of future revival.

“I actually was gonna freeze myself once because I thought, why not? But then I found out you basically come back in 2,000 years as a floating head,” he joked.

Cryopreservation, though still experimental, currently has around 600 people frozen worldwide, with thousands more signed up for the procedure.

Reflecting on how he wants to be remembered, the father-of-one said:
“I’d like to be remembered as somebody who’s always worked hard. I do believe I’ve been nice to everyone I’ve met. I’m the same person on and off camera — unlike many people who are nice on camera but monsters off it.”
