Music legend Cher is gearing up for a double celebration — her milestone 80th birthday and, reportedly, a wedding.

According to PageSix, the 79-year-old superstar is preparing to tie the knot with her 39-year-old partner, Alexander Edwards, before she hits the big 8-0. Nearly a 40-year age gap, and yes… Madam still picked love over noise.

Cher, known for classics like Believe and Strong Enough, has lived a lifetime in the spotlight — chart-topping hits, iconic fashion moments, and past marriages to Sonny Bono and Gregg Allman. Now, she seems ready for a new chapter.

Sources say she considers her upcoming 80th birthday the perfect moment to make things official, revealing that both she and Alexander “are fully ready to commit.”

Their relationship, which kicked off in late 2022, has been a regular topic of conversation — mostly because of the age difference. But Cher has never been one to let public opinion run her life.

In her words:
“They’re not living my life. Nobody knows what goes on between us… we have a great time.”

She also describes Alexander as having a “younger spirit,” while the music executive himself says he feels youthful at heart.
