Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez experienced a tense moment during a recent performance in Abuja when members of the crowd began throwing objects at him.

As he made his way toward the stage, items including water and plastic bottles were hurled from multiple directions, forcing security personnel to rush in and form a protective barrier around him.

The swift response from security helped calm the rising tension and allowed the situation to de-escalate.

For now, the reason behind the hostility from that section of the audience remains unclear.
