A video of Pastor Chris Okafor, Senior Pastor of the Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry, has gone viral after he publicly praised his wife for standing by him during his recent controversies.

Addressing his congregation, the cleric spoke about the emotional strain he has faced following his ongoing legal dispute with actress Doris Ogala, as well as allegations made by his former wife, Agnes. He said the pressure had affected him deeply, leaving him unable to carry out simple daily activities.

Pastor Okafor described his wife, whom he referred to as the “First Lady,” as his main source of strength and support during this difficult period. According to him, she consistently checked on him throughout the night to ensure he was okay.

“I have to say this. It has not been easy. I have not been able to eat, barb my hair nor shave. I want you to also help me thank my family members, especially the first lady. She will check on me 20 times at night: ‘Are you okay? Don’t worry. I’m here for you,’” he said.

In an emotional moment, the pastor invited his wife to stand beside him before the congregation, crediting her support for helping him cope with the challenges he is currently facing.

“Please, first lady, come. I want to appreciate you. Thank you. You are the reason I live. You’re the one for me,” he added.
