Super Eagles midfielder Ogenyi Onazi has spoken out against the growing danger of drunk driving on Lagos roads after surviving a frightening incident.

The footballer took to social media to share his experience, revealing that he narrowly escaped a life-threatening situation involving two intoxicated men driving recklessly.

Onazi said the incident happened late at night and described it as a close call that could have ended tragically. He used the moment to call on the government and relevant authorities, including the Federal Road Safety Corps, to urgently step up action against drunk driving in the state.
